NF Fitness Sweeps the Board at the 2025 Welsh Fitness Awards

We’re still pinching ourselves.

On May 1st, at the prestigious Welsh Fitness Awards held at the Hilton Hotel, NF Fitness not only showed up — we showed out.

In a room full of inspiring fitness professionals and industry leaders, we were honoured just to be nominated… but we walked away with multiple major awards that reflect the hard work, heart, and hustle we’ve poured into the last two years.

Here’s what we brought home:

 • Fitness Class of the Year – 1st Place

 • Gym of the Year – 1st Place

 • Female Gym Entrepreneur of the Year – 2nd Place

 • And if that wasn’t enough, our incredible members swept the board too, taking home 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the member/trainee of the year category.

It was almost a clean sweep — and we’re still reeling from the excitement!

These wins mean the world to us. NF Fitness has always been about more than just workouts — it’s about community, confidence, and real transformation. Over the last two years, we’ve grown from strength to strength, thanks to the passion of our instructors, the dedication of our members, and the belief that fitness should be inclusive, empowering, and life-changing.
