CHAIR FITNESS CLASSES

Our Chair Fitness Classes are Pilates based sessions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment.

 

Using light weights such as one kilo dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and small yoga balls, these classes focus on controlled, purposeful movement to gently strengthen the whole body. Exercises can be adapted to suit individual needs, allowing you to work at your own pace and within your own ability.

 

For anyone with limited mobility, building upper body strength is essential. These sessions place particular focus on strengthening the arms, shoulders, back, and core, helping you regain strength gradually and safely over time.

 

Classes are set to gentle, therapeutic music, creating a calm and encouraging atmosphere where you can focus on movement, breathing, and feeling good in your body.

 

This class is ideal for anyone looking for a low impact way to stay active, including those managing joint issues, recovering from injury, returning to exercise, or simply preferring a seated or supported approach to movement.

 

There are no barriers here, just supportive instruction, thoughtful movement, and a welcoming community.​
