ABOUT OUR LOW IMPACT DANCE BASED FITNESS CLASS
Designed to be inclusive and welcoming, this class is perfect if you are new to exercise, returning after time away, managing chronic pain, pre or post-natal, or simply looking for an enjoyable way to stay active after a long day.
Each session is fully choreographed and easy to follow, set to great music that will have you smiling, moving, and working up a sweat without high-impact movements. You will improve your cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and confidence, while enjoying a supportive, community-led atmosphere.
No experience is needed. You move at your own pace, take breaks when you need to, and focus on feeling good rather than getting everything “right”.
Just bring a drink, wear comfortable clothing, and be ready to move.
We do get sweaty, and we do have a lot of fun.
