WEIGHTED CIRCUITS CLASS

Our Weighted Circuits Class is a high energy, full body workout designed to build strength, improve endurance, and challenge you in a supportive and motivating environment.

 

This class is suitable for all abilities. You work at your own pace, choose weights that suit you, and take breaks whenever you need to. Every exercise can be adapted, and encouragement is always there when you need it.

 

Each session is made up of around 10 stations, using a mix of weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises to create a varied and effective workout.

 

You can expect a great atmosphere, plenty of encouragement, and a lot of fun alongside the hard work. You will leave feeling stronger, energised, and proud of what you have achieved.

 

This class is all about effort, energy, and progress. It is challenging but enjoyable, empowering without pressure, and ideal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness while training in a welcoming group environment.
